This development release, for developers and daring users, contains GNU Radio 3.9.2, UHD 4.1.0, and the latest pre-release versions of the included GNU Radio out-of-tree modules which bring compatibility with GR 3.9. Testing and reporting bugs here or upstream would be most welcome! Since the last development release, support for Airspy devices such as the R2, Mini, and HF+ has been added.
