RISC-V images

Hi,

I'm trying to build k3s on linux/riscv64 natively. The following imges can't be pulled for that architecture:

• docker.io/rancher/mirrored-library-busybox:1.37.0
• docker.io/rancher/mirrored-library-traefik:3.6.7
• docker.io/rancher/mirrored-metrics-server:v0.8.1
• docker.io/rancher/mirrored-pause:3.6

busybox and traefik are available for riscv64, but seem not be synced.

The other's seem to be older rancher images, but I can't figure out where to direct PRs to.

Root cause found: The CI uses regsync once --missing which only syncs NEW tags, not new architectures for existing tags.
Upstream images HAVE riscv64 (verified), but --missing skips them because the tags already exist (with amd64/arm64).
Fix: Run regsync without --missing flag, or use --force to backfill riscv64 for existing tags

regsync once --config regsync.yaml # or add --force
