A codeigniter based dynamic form builder to create forms and collect information. This data is retrieved as the user types out and an incomplete session is stored. This is especially useful for survey forms where the user may fill only a part of the form and leave the rest empty. Also, a reports module included for analyzing form responses and giving reports on completed vs incomplete forms.
