[BUG] cuGraph uses deprecated cudf function append #2174

Describe the bug
I get a FutureWarning when calling many cugraph.Graph methods.
Steps/Code to reproduce bug
import cugraph
import cudf
G = cugraph.Graph()
G.from_cudf_edgelist(cudf.DataFrame({'src': [1, 2, 3], 'dst': [2, 3, 2]}), source='src', destination='dst')
gdf_page = cugraph.pagerank(G)
Gives a warning...
