Depricated JSON Loader Warning when CI=true

I am getting the following warnings on 'react-scripts': '1.0.10' when I run CI=true npm run build:

How do I go about removing that loader from webpack?

I believe this has been resolved now; please run yarn upgrade or rm -rf node_modules && npm install.
