Deprecated dependencies

In addition to #750, another thing that makes the eject output look scary is all the deprecation warnings from dependencies of dependencies:

I can try to get the culprit packages updated.

• lodash.assign@4.2.0: opened a PR (Remove the lodash.assign dependency babel/babel-eslint#393)
• minimatch@2.0.10: found an existing issue (Deprecated minimatch 2.0.10 will require to use fileset-2.0.2 istanbuljs-archived-repos/istanbul-api#6)
• minimatch@0.3.0: opened a PR (Bump recursive-readdir #756)

There's also already a PR open (markedjs/marked#768) for removing the marked@0.3.6 "prefer global" warning.

I think you can close this.

It all looks clean for eject Here's my screenshot of a test just now.

And I didn't see any warnings on install as well.
