Git ignores directories with trailing "/" differently than contents with "/*". When a directory is ignored, files inside cannot be un-ignored. Upstream uses "charts/*/charts/" which breaks our negation pattern for tracking tgz files. The sync workflow now automatically fixes this pattern and adds our exception, ensuring vendored chart dependencies remain tracked after each upstream sync. Assisted-by: Claude

Updated the vendored Backstage chart to version 2.6.3 and aligned the dependency reference in
charts/backstage/Chart.yaml.
