What does this PR do / why we need it
Adds the Keycloak plugin to the backstage-showcase app. The Keycloak plugin is able to gather data from a Keycloak instance and display it within the catalog of Backstage. Also included is the manifests that will allow a Keycloak instance to be deployed along side Backstage.
