Specifically,
Set CONFIG_NEUTRON_OVS_TUNNEL_IF=
should now be
Set CONFIG_NEUTRON_OVN_TUNNEL_IF=
There may be other outdated instructions related to OVS / OVN that I haven't hit on yet.
