Problem with documentation

In "Step 1: Software Repositories",

$ sudo yum install -y centos-release-openstack-stein

returns:

"No match for argument: centos-release-openstack-stein"

centos-release-openstack-stein is available in http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7/extras/x86_64/Packages/, seems you had extras repo disabled(which is enabled by default) for some reason or you tried on CentOS8 it was released by that time?

But yes good point we can add step to ensure that repo is enabled.

But we do have this step in Step 0: Prerequisites which links to https://www.rdoproject.org/documentation/repositories/ which expands on the details of the various repositories involved. The packstack page even has a warning at the top of the page, "Read this document in full, then choose your install path: Don't just start typing commands at Summary for the impatient and proceed downwards through the page."
