Sync chart roadmap with post-launch reality

The roadmap's Recommended Sequence and Decision Summary still described the Reflex-first reactive API as the next product track and the alpha as about to ship. Both have happened:

• reflex-xy adapter shipped (reflex-xy adapter: xy figures as Reflex components #55): websocket-multiplexed /_xy namespace, binary column attachments, @reflex_xy.figure computed-var binding, static payload tier. Now listed as a shipped capability layer with pointers to the integration docs.
• v0.0.1 launched (2026-07-17 on PyPI) with the docs site live. Its Pyodide wheel was built and runtime-verified but is not yet publicly distributed as a durable release asset.

Changes:

• Add the reflex-xy adapter as the fourth shipped capability layer.
• Rewrite step 1 to "stabilize the launched alpha," naming the open interaction-correctness backlog (Hovering a heatmap crashes the kernel-side pick handler (IndexError on 2-element edge array) #89, Scatter view collapses to a horizontal line after repeated box-zoom + zoom-out #87, Double-clicking a dense Reflex scatter chart can blank the plot #79, reflex-xy static charts crash when core Figure lacks dom_class_strings #81, FacetChart notebook display leaks global CSS into the page (no widget path; _repr_html_ returns a standalone document) #90) as the gate before new chart families.
• Mark step 2 (Reflex reactive API) shipped; remaining depth is adapter polish (Document how to install the reflex-xy adapter from a clean environment #78, facet_chart: opt-in linked zoom/pan/selection across panels (default stays independent) #92, Add first-class controls to disable pan and zoom #80).
• Clarify step 4: pie/donut exists in xy.pyplot; the remaining work is promoting it to the core composition API.
• Correct the roadmap and installation docs to distinguish the published PyPI release from the unpublished Pyodide artifact (Publish the v0.0.1 Pyodide wheel or correct release-status documentation #97).
• Update the parallel-tracks note and Decision Summary to match.

No status changes to any chart-family rows — those were verified accurate against main (pie still pyplot-only, candlestick still on the closed exploration branch).
