Watch mode is not working in `11.0.0-rc.4`

After I commented and uncommented it started working again.

Pretty sure that this has been the case for a while, and that it only happens when there are errors. That said, it'd be good if it watched even if there are errors. Is that something you could take a look at @DZakh ?
