Follow install instructions at mapsforge cordova plugin. Copy this example to the "www" folder.
To use it you need the map file on your sdcard.
You have to change the filename in js/main.js
Or use austria.map
The file must be on your phone in the folder "Downloads" on your sdcard.
add a file chooser.
