I tried to download from server which break connection all the time. I know on the early 2000 we used programs that was just restarting then. i.e. URL for test purpose https://zorin.mirrors.itworxx.de/17/Zorin-OS-17.2-Education-64-bit.iso
Maybe would be good if RetryCount would mean will never fail, or maybe just on timeout.
Further Idea:
In case of download breaks, restart it would be a nice to have. Therefore probably a file which gives the state of the file is necessary. Or just do it like https://github.com/antikmozib/AM-Downloader, by splitting all files (not sure if already done)
