Description

As seen in https://github.com/cms-sw/cmssw/issues/33084#issuecomment-2812665623 there seems to be missing lock inside TClassEdit::GetNormalizedName.

This is very similar to #18236 with findScope instead of findType.

Never mind ... the related code seems to be missing #18237. i.e. the problem is actually #18236
