Code Review

This pull request adds the gemini-3.1-flash-image-preview model definition to the static data. The new model definition is duplicated across GetGeminiModels and GetGeminiVertexModels, which can cause maintenance issues. My feedback suggests refactoring to remove this duplication by using a shared variable for the model definition.
