Checkins: Warn user of current date in early morning

Sometimes users complain that they check in late at night, after midnight, and don't realize that they are actually checking in for the following day.

If it is currently between the hours of 12am - 3am we should put a note on the user's check-in to make sure they are logging for the correct day.
