What is the goal of this PR and why is this important?
Adds a system test for facilitators filtering workshops by metadata categories.
How did you approach the change?
Followed the established testing patterns from existing system tests in the codebase while implementing the acceptance criteria from issue
Anything else to add?
The test covers all filter categories currently available in the UI. Note that some metadata categories mentioned in the issue description (such as Art Type, Age Range, Emotional Theme, Holiday Theme, and Focus) do not appear to be implemented in the current filtering interface, so tests were only written for the available filters: Windows Type, Service Population, and Publish Status.
