AS a volunteer/supervisor/admin,
I WANT to be able to easily access casavolunteetracking.org's SMS Terms & Conditions,
SO THAT I can learn about whether or not I am charged for SMS notifications, how to get support, how to opt out, and other information.
How it works now
SMS notifications are a brand new feature, so SMS Terms & Conditions were not required up until now.
How it should work
SMS & Conditions need to be created so that we can link to it in the site footer. (It's possible we can just link to a document from Twilio, we should consult with our contacts there on this.)
If we can't do that, here is an example template.
