@bcastillo32, @MikeRose151 and I met on 7/30/25 to discuss this feature.

@bcastillo32 mentioned that this new UI might be jarring to existing volunteers so we agreed that we would start to build this as a new page and we'd add a feature flag at the organization level to determine if this UI or the existing UI are shown. Once we are confident with the new table, we can switch organizations over to it.

@MikeRose151 is going to do an initial PR to build out this new page. Then he will create follow up issues for the rest of the issues so that others can contribute.
