What changed, and why?
Added an api endpoint to fetch all casa cases for the current user.
How is this tested? (please write tests!) 💖💪
specs are written for the casa cases controller
indexaction to make sure correct request and response is received.since a serializer is used to package the response, a spec is written for it as well.
