Add Point Person contact info on Partner Agencies Page

Hi there--it would be great if we could easily get a list or view of our partner agency contact people. We've had staff turnover and are realizing that the info of who to contact at each of our 53 agencies largely is with the former employee. My first thought is if we could add a "contact person" column to the Partner agency page that could just feed from the partner agency application/profile section.

It would further be really great if there was a way to export a complete partner agency list that included agency name, contact person name, contact person phone number and contact person email.

Thank you @SCDB -- I've taken this issue and split them into two separate issues:

I believe we can more likely get to adding the Point Person in the application sooner than the export feature. Nonetheless, hope to get these changes implemented :)
