Confirmation Email & Background Jobs

After a distribution has been created an email needs to be sent to the partner letting them know that their distribution has been set and that they can pick it up on the pick up date set in the distribution. A pdf of their distribution should be attached to the email.

We should use a background job for this, I think for the time being we should implement sucker punch and we can later make the move to something more robust if needed.

For the pdf we just want to use the one that it already generates. -- If you've cloned down the app and seeded it, go to the distribution index page and click print to see a generated pdf.
