Summary

Update the text for the request recertification email to match the current user interface

Why?

Reduce probability of confusion.

Details

The current text does not match the buttons in current screens

To see the email

  • Log in as org_admin1@example.com
  • Click "Partner Agencies"
  • Click "All Partners"
  • Click "Request Recertification" on a partner.

The text should be:

It's time to update your agency information!

Please log in to your account at [sign in page address], and click "My Profile"

If no information has changed, please click "Submit For Approval".

If any information has changed, please:

  • click "Update Information",
  • change the information,
  • click 'Save and Review'
  • confirm that the information is correct, and then
  • click ' Submit For Approval'.

If you have any questions please contact [bank name] at [bank id]
