Availablity on annual report misleading

The annual report shows a number of months until the current year's report is available. It is currently misleading. Show the date available instead

Why fix?

Slightly misleading.

Here is a screenshot from December 2024. As you can see, it says it is 0 months until the report is available

Change it to instead, say the date the report will be available -- which is the first day of the following year.
(in the case above, January 1, 2025)
