Update CaseListScreen with Case details using new card component

What will this add or fix? 🛠️

Update the CaseListScreen to include the option for revealing case details.

How might this affect users? 🤔

Users will be able to see more information about their cases, such as:

-Case number,
-Transition Aged Youth,
-Youth's date in care
-Next court date
-Court report status
-Court report submission date information will become available.

How should it operate and or look? ( Figma design screenshot 📷 or code flow description )

Conditionally show/hide case details by the press of a button.

Acceptance Criteria

• Add or enable a button within the card component or current implementation
• Description is shown/hidden when the button is pressed

Additionally

• It's good practice to create clear action-oriented commits for each change.
