Hublist Address in .xml format does not load

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Put Hublist Address as http://abc.def/ghi.xml
2. Refresh Public Hubs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: List of hubs on the network
Result: Failed to load hublist: bzRead failed with error code -5

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.9.10 on Mac OS X 10.5.5

Please provide any additional information below.

What is the URL of the XML that is causing the problem? There is probably something
with the XML that makes the loading fail.

The URL is from a website on the local network. It works on other dc clients, such
as, Valknut. The URL is "http://navya.junta.iitk.ac.in/hublist.xml".
