steps

1. spin up the default CPU docker template on runpod.io
2. run runpodctl version -> "runpodctl v1.8.0"
3. run the command from README: wget -qO- cli.runpod.net | sudo bash
4. run runpodctl version -> still "runpodctl v1.8.0"

what i expect

version 1.14.3 should have been installed

what happened

v1.8.0 is installed
