feat(backend): Migrate memories

As a developer I would like the seeder to be included in the next deployment so I can manually login and run the command for that deployment. I will later remove it so it so seeds are not within the production environment but okay for next couple versions. Currently it is not in the final container build which make it so I can not run the seeder from the env unless I do it from local.
