Add aliases for std::fs::canonicalize

The aliases are realpath and GetFinalPathNameByHandle which are explicitly mentioned in canonicalize's documentation.

I'm slightly more skeptical that someone would search for GetFinalPathNameByHandle in the Rust documentation than I am that someone would search for realpath.
