Consider adding bash calls to slow-mode

Hi! Would you consider optionally adding bash calls to slow mode's filtering? Obviously it wouldn't need diffing and I wouldn't want to force users to use it but bash calls can add just as much trouble as edits. Maybe it would make sense as a separate mode so it could be toggled on/off independently?

I have noticed that in practice there are only so many dangerous commands, I want to monitor. Whitelist would be probably also fine.

Thanks for raising this @MichaelXavier! The point of slow-mode was so that I can see and acknowledge what's happening, not just because it's dangerous, but for my own understanding as well, so I think adding bash calls is a great addition! Claude Code way of "accept and don't ask me again about this" would be what I'd want. Maybe there could be a separate extension like @Mic92 mentioned, or a separate config file for slow-mode specifically
