Create Cafe with Tools & Adoption to cover introducing patterns and weaves into SATRE

We have these tickets that relate to the Tools and Adoption work: #6 , #8 #11 - @manics and I discussed having a Collaboration Cafe to discuss these tickets and get traction with the T&A team to address these items and add them to SATRE.
