[Plus 1.1.0] Losing layout and groups customizations issue

Notes:
-Happens both install and portable mode , default configs or not

Isues:
1.

• Switching UI language ( example en to native/no translation , this to that ...)
  unnecessary changes :
  will remove 'BoxDisplayOrder' and 'BoxCollapsedView' from sandboxie ini
  will change/reset 'Log_Splitter' under MainWindow section , after sandman exits (write to plus ini) but the changes are visible immediately after switching
  resonable changes :
  will change 'Window_Geometry' depending on the language that is switched to

• Starting with UiLanguage Auto detection
  Steps :
  1 start with UiLanguage with no value (auto detection)
  plus ini :
  [Options]
  WizardLevel=-1
  UiLanguage=
  2 open global options and click ok or apply without touching anything else
  'BoxDisplayOrder' 'BoxCollapsedView' 'Log_Splitter' will change/reset or be removed if configured
  Repeat step 2 after adjusting 'Log_Splitter' to something else everytime it's reset

2. Portable mode
   -Session only 'BoxDisplayOrder'
   Steps :
   (new default config)
   1 Start in portable mode
   2 click yes on rootpath dialog
   3 spam create boxes
   4 make a group
   5 place some boxes in that group
   6 check the ini to confirm that the 'BoxDisplayOrder' looks good
   7 stop/close portable
   8 check the ini again why not
   9 repeat step 1 - 2
   10 'BoxDisplayOrder' went to buy milk ¯_(ツ)_/¯
   (also removes 'BoxCollapsedView' with a existing config if present)
