Drag-and-drop is not working between sandboxed and non-sandboxed applications

Hi!
I could not drag-n-drop text, images between any application launched in the sandbox and any ordinary non-sandbox app and vice-versa. Is it a known issue?
Environment:
Windows 10, Windows Server 2019

That is normal, you can use the clipboard instead and for explorer there are some provisions that file drag and drop works

you can add explorer.exe to the exclude list,so it will works.
