Ready for sanskrit-lexicon-scans repo.

Use repo name taittiriyas .

@grigoriyt1 put the images for both volumes into a single pdfpages directory.
Name the pdfs to include both volume (1 or 2) and page NNN.
For example

• tai-1001.pdf through tai-1433.pdf for volume 1
• tai-2001.pdf through tai-2415.pdf for volume 2

minor question: Where do the parameter names (kaṇḍa, prapāṭhaka, anuvāka,) come from?

I gave those names to Olga (as can be seen at the page header lines)!

In checking, for gaDA in mw, I could not find gaDA at the link location
https://sanskrit-lexicon-scans.github.io/taittiriyas/app1/?2,4,8,1

No one can find it at that location (TS. ii, 4, 8, 1), as the citation is pointing to the commentary portion (TS. ii, 4, 8, 1, Sch.) as at (TS. Comm. 2,507)!!

You may recall my talking about this earlier couple of times, to link to the commentary and not to the main text [wherever such citations are thus].
