(this should be much safer, and so much easier to maintain)
gh allows `--assignee` to be empty, or to contain a comma-separated list of assignees

this appears to work properly: https://github.com/keewis/reportlog-test/actions/runs/28269311513/job/83763191203 As such, I'll go ahead and merge this. As a follow-up, the script could be changed to take the workflow url and the output path as parameters, and perform the entire interpolation in python. |

This should be safer, and so much easier to maintain (at least as someone who doesn't actually know much about github script / github's rest api).
