- Move requirements files to pyproject.toml
- Move ruff.toml to pyproject.toml
- Move ignore_words.txt to pyproject.toml
- Move setup.cfg and setup.py
- Move codespell to pyproject.tml
- Update accordingly circleci config.yaml file
- Update accordingly github action testing.yaml file
- Update accordingly contributing.md
