Seems like there are still some issues with the test tooling when conu tests are present.

From first sight, go-md2man is missing... from the docker file, or on the test machine?

@pvalena Thanks for the pointers, but my comment was in regards to the rhel CI - it should be building the rhel image but due to tooling issues it uses TARGET=rhel instead of the correct TARGET=rhel7 and defaults to centos instead (which is not available for memcached).

Have yet to take a look on the Travis CI and whether or not to keep it
