When an icon is deleted, remove any lines that reference it, and fix the indexes of lines that reference the icons shifted down to fill the gap. Previously stale lines silently reattached to the wrong icons. This matches the behavior of qtFRED's deleteCurrentIcon. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
