Should I submit Real World Crypto?

Real World Crypto (RWC) has contributed talks but no proceedings. Is it in scope for sec-deadlines?

Thanks for asking! So far I have not been accepting venues with talks but no proceedings, so RWC is not in scope.
For venues like this that are academically focused (e.g., #246), I would consider adding a tag for venues that accept talks only.

However, I'm curious what the community as a whole thinks; I have informally discussed adding talk-only venues with other security researchers and generally they seem to be against diluting this page any further.
