# Usage

```
% blurhash encode images/cat.jpg 3 3
KYLDf7IA~p^+x]S5xvW=M|
% blurhash decode "KYLDf7IA~p^+x]S5xvW=M|" 1199 1198 -o out.png
Saved image to out.png
```
