What is the reason this operator package cannot run on the Huawei Ascend Atlas 300IDuo?

We are not going to support 300I Duo in the near future.

300I DUO has a totally different underlying architecture compared to 800T/800I, thus all these operators should be fully re-written plus adapted to torch_npu and SGLang. That's an overwhelming workload we can handle for now.
