feat: add persistence and chat history to the web agentic chat

Description

This adds a "chat history" section to the web embedded agentic chat. Allowing for persisted conversations and navigating chat history in general.

Low risk, code is segregated to agentic stuff only pretty much. Risk of slow downs on the wallet drawer if implemented poorly
