The VCU108 board is based on the Virtex UltraScale (XCVU095-2FFVA2104E ) from Xilinx.
This PR is a modified version of VCU118 board support files, and currently support the following devices on the VCU108 board:
Tested with ucb-bar/chipyard latest commit
Currently, the Linux kernel (version 5.11.0-rc3) can boot and login with UART on the VCU108 board.
