Updated Fabric loom to 1.16-SNAPSHOT, set Java source and target compatibility to 25, updated Gradle, migrated mappings to Mojmaps, fixed method signature in IntegratedServerMixin but due to the change set minecraft dependency in fabric.mods.json to >=26.1.2. Also bumped version
