setTime not working on iOS and when player is pausing

Thanks for awesome plugin. It saved my day.
I've tested and found some issues:

1. setTime not working on iOS (Android works)
2. setTime not working after calling controller.pause();
3. playingState not set after video is loaded.
4. how to check for a url that can be loaded?
