Error while setting up arc-lambda IaC at https://sourcefuse.github.io/arc-docs/arc-iac-docs/modules/arc-lambda/

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Follow the setup instructions at: https://sourcefuse.github.io/arc-docs/arc-iac-docs/modules/arc-lambda/
2. On step 3 'npx lerna bootstrap', observe the following error:

Expected behavior
'npx lerna bootstrap' does not throw an error

npm i @lerna/legacy-package-management is a short term solution.
