Websocket connection dies after 5 mins due to idle timeout

Need a way to keep alive the connection.

Websocket does not have a reconnect mechanism. To do it, I have implemented a work around of dropping the reconnect to 30 seconds and also when receive an event bazContentLoaderAjaxComplete, it will re initiate the connection.

The solution provided previously causes the tunnel to be down after timeout. I added a check earlier to see if the tunnel is down when we receive bazContentLoaderAjaxComplete. In env, where we do not have bazContentLoaderAjaxComplete, this would be a problem. So, need a better solution.

Added a post via tunnels to send pings. This way the tunnel stays up at all times.
