Devtools Modules: Changes, add option to force reset files hash

Sometimes it seems like the hash changes due to some random changes. We need to find a way to troubleshoot this. For now, we can add a reset button next to the module that is complaining that files have changed, but looking at git, they have not.

This should not happen. My investigation suggests that the files are genuinely changed that causes to rehash.
