mobs sleeping from being SSD are spamming doafters

I assume the Urist fell asleep from being SSD and is trying to stand up every tick, which is getting cancelled again.

Reproduction:

• open dev map
• wait until the urist falls asleep (you can speed this up by setting the ssd_sleep_time cvar to a lower value)
